American International Group, Inc. (NYSE:AIG): American International Group, Inc. (NYSE:AIG) newly reported that net income attributable to AIG was US$3.2 billion for the first quarter of 2012, compared to net income attributable to AIG of US$1.3 billion in the same period last year. The company said that after-tax operating income was US$3.1 billion for the same quarter, compared to after-tax operating income of US$2.1 billion a year ago.
