Moreover, Theresa Backes, current Chief Operating Officer, has been named as the President, which will be effective January 1, 2013. Shares of Francesca's Holdings tumbled 17.06% to US$29.92 in the last trading session. Abnormal trading volume of Francesca's Holdings was found reaching 9.61 million shares, 15 times heavier than usual day trading.
